Meet Lydia Smith

Lydia Smith is an NASM-certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with a black belt in Okinawan Shorin-Ryu and a background in wrestling. She studies Integrated Marketing Communication and Art at Pepperdine University and loves to combine her passion for fitness, nutrition, and creativity to help people find a wellness lifestyle that suits their unique needs. Lydia worked as a martial arts, boxing, and fitness instructor before joining the 9x team.

Lydia says fitness has changed her life, whether it be through hiking, lifting weights, group fitness, climbing, or wrestling. She loves the integration of fitness, nutrition, mental health, and community that contributes to a sustainable healthy lifestyle. As a coach, Lydia loves the opportunity to help other people achieve their goals, find their passion for fitness, and have a blast doing it.
